Paid a lot of money to have dirty mats and scum on back and side windows. Can’t tell if they waxed my car but nonetheless I will not return it was my first time place used to stay packed, even the cop had to remind young man about re-doing something, owner said its lack of workers experience well shouldn’t you guys train them?

This place is a gem in Decatur,GA. Fairly priced, and professional. They washed my Escalade Preston’s and the team had refreshments inside including drinks, snacks and ice cream. If you are looking for a car wash that will clean your car perfectly, not have you there all day and charge a good price, this is the place for you.

What a waste of $60. My SUV was hand washed but blow dried. Drip marks along the side, wheels dirty ( I had to ask for them to be cleaned), and the inside of the widows were not cleaned. For the cost, I expected more. The cashier was nice, and the store area was clean and orderly with a nice variety of items for sale. However, all I wanted was a decent carwash that was worthy of the cost. So disappointed.

I took my vehicle in this past Friday evening for service that cost me $150. my truck was going to be on television Sunday morning for the local Atlanta pride parade. I am absolutely appalled at the job that was done. I called this morning to speak to the manager and the gentleman who answered the phone abruptly hung up on me. I called back and told him I didn't think it was a good idea to hang up on customers when they simply are asking to speak to a manager, and he informed me that the manager, Katherine, 'comes and goes as she pleases'. I'm not sure if the problem was that they were understaffed or that they have a problem with gay people but based on the reviews I'm reading, it just sounds to me like this is a terrible place to have your car washed! I never go right to a yelp review, but considering the rude phone call and the fact that the people who work there don't have a reliable manager, it seemed like this was the best avenue. I work in a union that is suffering right now due to strikes and industry changes and spending $150 of our members hard earned money on something like this is embarrassing.

I took my company car here the other day. My car had been parked under trees for a long time before it came into my possession, and I honestly thought that the car was beyond repair. I had taken it to drive through car washes, but no matter what I did it was still no hope. It was embarrassing. Now the good part. I was referred to California Gold, by the Detail Doctor(Savonte). He was booked and busy, but kind enough to reccomend me, and informed me of what needed to be done to fix this horrible problem. Longer story short. :) Mr. Sam and Mrs. Kathy the owners of this awesome establishment were amazing. The car looks brand new! Plus! This family owned business has a little boutique inside! And look at what I found. Now if you know, then you know. 🖐🏽🎤
